Mr. Knie has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company since May 2017. Mr. Knie served as the President of Lifeline Industries Inc. since its inception in 1995. From 2002 to 2010 he was a Semiconductor Analyst for PAW Partners. From 1993 until 1995, Mr. Knie served as Northeast Regional Manager of American Express Financial Advisors.
Mr. Knie has served as a board member for NASDAQ-listed companies. He has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes Magazine as an Independent Equity Analyst. Mr. Knie has over 20 years of equity markets experience. Mr. Knie has been a member of the American Chemical Society, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, as well as The National Alliance for Youth Sports.
Mr. Mats has served as a director of the Company since May 2017. Mr. Mats currently consults with multiple companies in a range of industries on all aspects of finance, accounting, tax and operations. Since March 2017, Mr. Mats has served as Chief Financial Officer of Lust for Life Footwear and Brioclick Inc. From June 2010 to December 2016, Mr. Mats was Chief Financial Officer of Whalehaven Capital.
Mr. Mats also served as the Assistant Controller at Eton Park Capital Management, LP, a multi-strategy fund, from July 2007 to December 2009. From June 2006 to July 2007, Mr. Mats was a Senior Fund Accountant at The Bank of New York Mellon, where he was responsible for over fifteen funds. From 2011 until March 2017, Mr. Mats served as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Wizard World Inc. Mr. Mats graduated cum laude from the Zicklin School of Business at Bernard Baruch College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance and investments and holds a Master of Science in accounting and finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Bernard Baruch College. Further, Mr. Mats is a CAIA© Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
Wayne D. Linsley has served as a director of the Company since April 2020. Mr. Linsley has been in business management for over 40 years. He possesses a wide and varied skillset including sales and sales management, finance (for both public and private companies), accounting, audit support and financial reporting. He has a bachelor’s in business administration from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.
Since 2009 he has worked for and is currently a Vice President for CFO Oncall, Inc., a financial reporting firm that works with publicly traded companies. He has extensive knowledge of financial statements, MD&A, SEC Filings (10K, 10Q, 8K, etc.) Edgar, etc. He often negotiates on behalf of clients in such areas as audit fees, transfer agents, Edgar companies, etc. He currently serves as an independent director for Silo Pharma, Inc. (SILO).
David B. Sarnoff, Esq., is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Trainer. He is the Founder and Principal of Sarnoff Group LLC. David is also a consultant to Loeb Leadership Development Group. David began his career as a litigation attorney at the New York law firm Gold & Wachtel LLP (n/k/a Wachtel Missry LLP). His practice focused on complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense. David was admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey (Bar status is currently retired). After practicing law for several years, David transitioned into executive search, and focused on counseling and placing attorneys at all levels. He was the co-founder of the legal search firm Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff LLC. He earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School where he was on the Dean’s List. He also graduated, cum laude, from Hofstra University.
Graig Springer has served as a director of the Company since February 2020. Since April 2021, Mr. Springer has served as Vice President for Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (“Brookfield”) in their Legal and Regulatory Department ,and from August 2020 to April 2021, he served as a consultant to Brookfield. From May 2019 to August 2019, Mr. Springer assisted with product development and governance at Invesco U.S., an investment management company, and from December 2013 to May 2019, he served in various capacities at OppenheimerFunds, Inc., an investment management company acquired by Invesco U.S., including distribution compliance, product development, and governance. Mr. Springer received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and is FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licensed.
